General Terms and Conditions of the Online Store
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Web8, Josip Rajković s.p. ("Web8, Josip Rajković s.p.", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). Availability of Information (Summary of Legislation)
The provider undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:
- a) identity of the company (company name and registered office, registration number)
- b) contact addresses enabling quick and efficient communication (e-mail)
- c) essential characteristics of goods or services (including after-sales services and warranties)
- d) availability of products (every product or service offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time)
- e) terms of product delivery or service execution (method, place, and time of delivery)
- f) all prices must be clearly and unambiguously defined and it must be clearly shown whether they already include taxes and transport costs
- g) payment and delivery methods
- h) validity period of the offer

- i) the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, also whether and how much it costs the buyer to return the product
- j) the complaint procedure must be explained, including all details of the contact person or customer service
Payment Methods
The provider allows the following payment methods in the online store:

- - cash on delivery
The purchase agreement (order) is stored electronically on the Snipcart server. One copy of this agreement is sent to the buyer via e-mail after a successful order.
Prices
All prices in the online store are listed in EUR and are final. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. In the event that the price of an item changes during order processing, the provider will inform the buyer about this.
Purchase Procedure
The order is confirmed after successful payment and after you receive an automated e-mail message containing the order confirmation. However, this does not confirm that the product is in stock or that it has already been shipped, but only informs that the system has received your order and that the order is being processed. The sales contract is concluded when the seller confirms the buyer's order by e-mail.
Right to Withdraw from Purchase, Return of Goods
The buyer has the right to return purchased goods within thirty (30) days without any compensation. However, the buyer is obliged to bear the costs incurred in returning the purchased item. The buyer must notify the provider in writing of the intended return, no later than 15 days from the receipt of the goods, to the contact e-mail, and return the goods within a further 15 days. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A copy of the invoice and all documentation belonging to the product must be enclosed. The provider will refund the entire purchase price no later than 15 days from the receipt of the returned goods. The provider is not obliged to accept cash-on-delivery shipments or shipments that do not comply with the provider's general terms and conditions.
Delivery
The provider must deliver the goods or services within the promised time.
Security and Privacy Rights
We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Data is stored on password-protected servers with limited access. The online store takes good care of the security of your personal data and respects your choices for their intended use. User data will under no circumstances be passed on to a third party. We offer membership in our mailing list in the order form for goods in the online shopping cart and on the home page of the online store.
Communication
The provider may contact the user via means of distance communication only if the user does not expressly object to this. Promotional e-mails must contain the following components: - they must be clearly and unambiguously marked as promotional messages - the sender must be clearly visible - various campaigns, promotions, and other marketing techniques must be marked as such. The conditions for participation in them must also be clearly defined. - the user's wish not to receive promotional messages must be respected
Disclaimer
The provider makes its best efforts to ensure the timeliness and correctness of the data published on its pages. Nevertheless, the characteristics of items, their availability, and price can change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the data on the websites. In such a case, the provider will inform the buyer of the changes and allow them to cancel the order or replace the ordered item.
Complaints and Disputes
- The provider respects valid consumer protection legislation. - The provider is obliged to establish an effective system for handling complaints and to designate a person with whom the buyer can communicate via e-mail in case of problems. - The provider must confirm receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the buyer how long it will take to process it, and keep them informed of the progress of the procedure. - The provider is aware that a key characteristic of consumer disputes, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle that prevents the consumer from initiating a dispute before the court. Therefore, the provider makes its best efforts to resolve any disputes amicably.
