Delivery & returns
We do our best to ship all planners within **1–2 business days**. During busier periods, this timeframe may occasionally be extended by a day or two. Need your planner sooner because you’d like to give it as a birthday gift or for another special occasion? Send us a message and we’ll do our best to ship it as quickly as possible. Personal pickup is also available.

When are the planners dispatched?
We strive to dispatch all planners within 1-2 working days, and personal collection is also possible (even on the same day, by arrangement)
Is a hardcover also available?
Unfortunately not yet, but it's currently being tested. If you'd like to be notified when the hardcover is available, subscribe to our newsletter.
What if I don't like the planner?
No problem! If you are not 100% satisfied with the planner, you can return it within 14 days - even if you have already used it.
When do you have discounts and promotions?
Since planners can always be purchased with a customised time period, they are never truly "outdated", so we generally do not offer discounts.
Sometimes a planner remains unclaimed or unpaid for, in which case we give it a second chance at a 50% lower price - you can find them here.
