Delivery & returns
We do our best to ship all planners within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, shipping may take an extra day or two. Need your planner sooner — as a birthday gift or for another special occasion? Write to us and we’ll do our best to send it out right away. Personal pickup is also available.

When are the planners dispatched?
We strive to dispatch all planners within 1-2 working days, and personal collection is also possible (even on the same day, by arrangement)
Is a hardcover also available?
Unfortunately not yet, but it's currently being tested. If you'd like to be notified when the hardcover is available, subscribe to our newsletter.
What if I don't like the planner?
No problem! If you are not 100% satisfied with the planner, you can return it within 14 days - even if you have already used it.
When do you have discounts and promotions?
Since planners can always be purchased with a customised time period, they are never truly "outdated", so we generally do not offer discounts.
Sometimes a planner remains unclaimed or unpaid for, in which case we give it a second chance at a 50% lower price - you can find them here.
